Friday, December 4th is Arbor Day in South Carolina. The Spartanburg Soil and Water Conservation District celebrated this day be dedicating a descendant of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing to the Spartanburg High School Envirothon Teams for their persistence, award winning work, and dedication. Due to the winter break, the tree will be planted in January.
